As with any other forum, it is absolutely crucial to have rules in order to reduce conflict as much possible. These rules are subject to change, so I suggest checking this thread occassionally. Respect these rules to create a more relaxed atmosphere within this forum.
Decorum:
- Please keep it clean and do not use offensive or rude posts.
- Speak proper English. Not everyone appreciates netspeak.
- Capital letters and sticky caps will not get you attention so do not use them.
- Trolling shall not be tolerated. Whoever comes here with the intention of starting a fight will get banned without warning.
- Bashing artists is another bannable offense. If you hate some artist do not visit their thread.
Posting Rules:
- Spam is regarded as extremely obnoxious. Take your spam to another forum.
- Double posting is prohibited. If you have posted within the last 12 hours, utilise the "Edit" tool to add anything you would like to add.
- When quoting another member, quote only the part which you intend to respond to, do not flood the forum with unnecessary space.
- Do not post huge images, unless you provide thumbnails. Maximum image width should be 500 pixels.
- If you are planning to create a new thread use the search button since a similar topic might be available. Also do not create a topic with a couple of lines, try to show some effort.
Download Forums:
- Download forums are only accessible to active members.
- Registering will not give you access to the download forums.
- Download Rules
Hitomi Library & Hitomi Lyrics
- These two sections have strict rules specifically for their section so be sure to read the rules for the library and those for the lyrics.
- These two sections are not a discussion centre so keep your thoughts to yourself or discuss them in the chat room. They are just an archive for resource purposes - spamming and comments are prohibited.
User Accounts:
- Members with a zero post count are subject to deletion after 1 month of registration.
- Multiple accounts are not permitted.
- Avatars 100x100 are usually best, but if you want a larger avatar please keep the width not larger than 110.
- There is no set restrictions for now on the banner size but please do not make them huge.
- This forum encourages discussions and participation. If you are not willing to do so, please do not register. Inactive members are not welcome.
Members who violate the rules shall be send a Private Message as a warning for a first offense. If two more offenses are noted by the same member, he or she is subject to banning and deletion of the account. Posting that violates the rules above is subject to editing or deletion.
trolling? I've heard it mentioned but don't know what it means. Does it mean when you go to a thread that houses a download and don't leave a post? 
or maybe I think too much...I'm very confused.
